PRIMARY SERVICING
We provide a complete stream of services to support a customer’s journey through credit, contract on-boarding, the term of the lease or loan, payoff or renewal when the contract ends and all the ancillary services needed to support this journey such as UCC filings, insurance tracking, and sales and property tax processing. These services are supported by specialists in technology, accounting, operations, and call center services.
BACKUP SERVICING
We partner with Trustees and Lenders as a backup servicer for portfolios in the Solar, Fin-tech, Equipment and Auto Finance markets. We can provide any backup services required to support securitizations, private placements, and a wide range of lending structures. We can customize the backup services on either an active or standby basis.
