Bill Allen

FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO

Mr. Allen has founded and built two prior servicing companies. Bill founded LeaseDimensions in 1995 and then served as its President & CEO for 23 years, growing the business to over 130 employees and more than 300,000 contracts under management. He retired from LeaseDimensions in October 2019 after selling the business to Genpact. Prior to founding LeaseDimensions, Bill managed the spin-off of Portfolio Financial Servicing Company from Industrial Leasing Corporation and served as its first Managing Director from 1993 to 1995.

Early in his career, Bill was a Senior Vice President for Industrial Leasing Corporation and a Management Consultant for Edgar, Dunn & Company in San Francisco.    Bill holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Melissa Riggs

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Ms. Riggs has spent most of her career working in various servicing companies. Melissa spent 12 years at LeaseDimensions working in the details and gaining extensive knowledge around lease and loan servicing in the equipment, renewable energy, and vehicle finance industries. Her responsibilities included overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Servicing Division, implementing and managing client relationships, and infusing technology solutions to enhance operating efficiency throughout the Company.

Melissa has recently worked at Portfolio Financial Servicing Company, Vervent and LeasePath. Melissa has an extensive background in Accounting, Operations and Project Management. She spent the early part of her career working in Credit and Collections while completing college. She obtained her Business Administration Degree with an advanced Accounting Management certificate from Eastern Oregon University.
